✦ Revisions​

Each service includes five complimentary rounds of minor edits, which can cover small tweaks such as adjusting colors, swapping fonts, or refining wording. Major changes like redesigning layouts or creating entirely new concepts are considered a full redesign and will incur a $40 fee. If a client requests additional logo options beyond the original set, the redesign fee will also apply. Once the five complimentary revisions are used, any extra edits will be billed at $20 per revision. After final approval and delivery of files, any further changes will be treated as a separate project and charged accordingly.

✦ Payments

Please note that all payments are final and non-refundable, except in the rare case that Raebranded cancels the project. A Full payment is required for all design services and must be submitted either through an official invoice or directly via the Raebranded website. Partial payments or deposits are not allowed.

 

✦ Refunds & Cancellation

In such cases, a refund, full or partial may be issued based on the portion of the project that has already been completed​. Raebranded will always work to bring your vision to life. Any concerns or issues should be discussed promptly; we are committed to providing quality service within the agreed-upon scope.

✦ Communication and Client Commitment​

To ensure your project stays on schedule, all necessary materials such as content, forms, and brand details must be provided within seven days of booking. Delays in submitting this information may result in a $50 processing fee or could lead to cancellation of the project.

If a client does not respond during an ongoing project for 14–21 days, a $80 restart fee will be required to resume work. Projects with no communication for 30 days or more will be considered abandoned, will be closed without a refund, and the client may be banned from future bookings. Once the booking form is submitted, please allow up to 24 - 72 hours for Raebranded to follow up regarding the next steps and project confirmation.

✦ File Delivery & Portfolio Use

Completed designs are delivered in .PNG formats, with .PDF versions available upon request. Editable source files, such as .AI or .PSD, are not included. All design drafts are shared through the client portal via email and remain watermarked until final approval and full payment have been received. Unless a Copyright Transfer Agreement has been executed, Raebranded retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and on social media for promotional purposes.

✦ Emergencies Or Project Delays

At Raebranded, I strive to meet all deadlines and provide consistent, high-quality service. However, in the event of personal emergencies, health issues, or other unexpected circumstances, project timelines may be extended.

Clients will be notified as soon as possible if delays occur, along with an updated timeline for delivery. Raebranded is committed to minimizing disruptions and will work with you to ensure your project is completed as smoothly as possible.

✦ Turnaround time

At Raebranded, every project is handled with care and creativity to ensure a high-quality, intentional design experience. Turnaround times vary depending on the service and the level of detail required.

 

Estimated turnaround times are typically 5–14 business days after full payment and required details are received. Larger projects such as full brand suites or website designs may require additional time depending on complexity. Turnaround time begins once all content is submitted, not from the booking date. Delays in providing content, revisions, or approvals may extend your project timeline.

 

Need your project sooner? Rush options are available for an additional fee, based on availability. Rush fees do not apply to Website designs or Branding Suites. Please note that weekends, holidays, and client response times are not included in the estimated timeline.​​​​​​​​​​
